Delicious quinoa empanadas, they are filled with quinoa with banana and are delicious as a dessert.

Ingredients

2 portions

Preparation

Boil the quinoa with enough water.
Puree the banana and add the quinoa.
Make balls with the dough and flatten them as if they were tortillas.
Fill with the puree, close the patty and fry in a pan with hot oil.
Remove excess fat with some napkins and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a large plate, sprinkle icing sugar on top of the empanadas if you have it.

TIPS

You can use cooking spray to avoid using too much in frying.
