The delicious spinach, artichoke and cheese sandwich is the perfect breakfast to start your day with something delicious, healthy and very nutritious. The taste of Pan Oroweat® Integral is spectacular.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 12 slices bread, Oroweat® Integral
  • 300 grams spinach
  • 150 grams canned artichoke heart
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese
  • 80 grams cream cheese
  • 60 grams butter
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

In a hot pan add the butter and cook the spinach and the artichoke hearts.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the cream cheese on both slices of Oroweat® Integral Bread, combine the Parmesan cheese with the vegetables and make the sandwich.
Spread butter on one side of the sandwich and place it on the pan, turn it over when golden and cook on the other side.
Leave in the pan until the Parmesan cheese has melted.
Cut in half and serve.

PRESENTATION

Cut the sandwich in half diagonally.

TIPS

You can use heart of fresh artichoke or tin.
