Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 150 grams walnut, chopped
  • 1/2 cups cream, candy
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon celery, chopped
  • 1 can pear, in halves

Preparation

Crumble the cottage cheese with a fork.
Add the ingredients except the pears.
Season with a pinch of salt.
On a plate place the pears turned up and fill with the mixture.
