Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 red apples, cut into thin slices
  • 500 grams turkey breast, cooked cut into cubes
  • 200 milliliters cream, sour
  • 250 grams panela cheese, cut into medium cubes
  • 10 leaves lettuce, the one you like the most
  • 20 grams mustard, ancient
  • 30 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
  • 15 milliliters white vinegar
  • 3 grams salt
  • 1 gram black pepper, ground

Preparation

Mix all the salad ingredients in a salad bowl, try not to stir the preparation too much.
For the vinaigrette: mix the mustard with the vinegar and pour the oil in the form of a thread, very slowly, beating with a balloon whisk and season. Bathe the salad with this to your liking.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl and enjoy the rich combination of Christmas flavors.

TIPS

Pour the dressing on the salad until the last moment.
