A rich and very easy recipe for tuna salad loaded with vitamins, good value.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cans tuna in water
  • 2 yellow lemons, very juicy
  • 1 can canned corn, in grains
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red tomato, firm
  • 2 apples, or perrons
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, dry
  • 1 panela cheese, in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, to taste
  • 1 package cookie

Preparation

All vegetables and fruits are washed and minced.
The water is thrown where the tuna and corn come.
Place everything in a bowl and add the juice of the two limes, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil to taste.
