Betabel Salad and Feta Cheese

If you are a fan of the beet you have to try this salad, it is crispy and at the same time the feta cheese gives it the perfect creaminess, ideal to fight inflammation and detoxification of the body.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of beetroot
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 2 pieces of fat pepper
  • 1 piece of clove
  • 1 teaspoonful of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 250 grams of feta cheese fallen apart
  • 1/4 of Cup of parsley

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Combine the beet with oil, cinnamon, pepper, cloves and Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
    Place this mixture on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes or until the beets are soft and lightly roasted.
