Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 beets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 2 allspices
  • 1 whole clove
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 250 grams feta cheese, fallen apart
  • 1/4 cups parsley

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Combine the beet with oil, cinnamon, pepper, cloves and Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
Place this mixture on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes or until the beets are soft and lightly roasted.
Let this mixture cool and place it on an extended dish.
