Preparation
Cut the broccoli florets from the stems. Boil in salted water for 3 minutes. Remove from water and cool.
Peel avocado and cut it into cubes, put in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice so it does not get dark.
Add to the platter, the broccoli and the nuts.
In a bowl mix the remaining lemon, mustard, salt, oil and parsley. Stir and put on the vegetables mixing carefully.
