Ingredients

6 portions
  • 200 grams Camembert cheese
  • 4 pears, green
  • 6 cups arugula
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

Start by disinfecting and cleaning the lettuce in a large bowl with water and a few drops of disinfectant. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Remove the lettuces from the water and dry thoroughly with paper towels.
In a deep bowl mix balsamic vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the oil.
Cut the pears and the Camembert cheese into thin slices.
In a large bowl, mix the lettuce with the dressing so that all are uniformly seasoned.
In the dish to serve arrange the lettuces with the dressing and on them put the slices of pear and cheese. Garnish with sesame seeds.
