Ingredients

3 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped or chopped
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 oranges, peeled (peeled segments, without seed)
  • 6 carrots, grated

Preparation
