Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 chicken breasts, clean, fat-free and boneless
  • 1 jar spicy sauce, for wings
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 carrot
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Spring mix lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cups greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons milk light

Preparation

For the dressing: Mix in a bowl the natural Greek yogurt with the mayonnaise and two tablespoons of light milk. Season with the dill, chopped parsley, garlic powder and onion and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Rinse the chicken breasts, dry them with a paper towel. Marinate them preferably one night before with spicy sauce for wings, lemon (optional) and a drizzle of olive oil.
Pour them in a pan with little oil, turn them until they are perfectly cooked and with a slight golden tone.
Place the lettuce and spinach in a salad bowl (previously disinfected), the grated carrot, and the cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Cut the roasted chicken breasts into strips, place them on top of the salad and bathe them with the homemade ranch dressing.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a large platter for everyone to serve.
