Preparation
It is boiled in a pot, water with salt and a splash of oil.
Once the water reaches the boiling point the chicken is boiled.
Once the chicken is completely cooked, the water is removed, cooled and crumbled.
With the shredded chicken, add mayonnaise, cream, can of vegetables, and a splash (to taste) of vinegar from the can of chilies in vinegar.
Season to taste.
Wash the lettuce with which the chicken salad is served, mount it on a plate and you're done.
