Eating salad was never as delicious as it will be with this Creamy Chicken Salad Crown recipe. Make this easy and practical recipe with the help of the Eva® Beet Essence Salad, which is ready to eat. For the creamy chicken to be also healthy we use Greek yogurt to give it a delicious consistency.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chicken cooked and deshebrado
  • 1/4 of Cup of celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of red onion finely chopped
  • 1/8 of Cup of radish finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley chopped
  • 1 Cup of Greek yoghurt
  • 2 spoonfuls of jocoque
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley chopped
  • 1 Cup of Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of curry powder
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of Pepper
  • 1 bag of Eva Beet Essence Salad
  • 1 Cup of cherry tomato of colors, whole and in halves
  • 1/4 of Cup of dehydrated cranberry
  • 1/2 Cup of orange in segments
  • 1/4 of Cup of dehydrated cranberry
  • 1 piece of avocado in slices
  • enough of parsley cool

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix chicken with celery, corn kernels, purple onion, radish, parsley, yohurt, jocoque, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, curry, Salt and pepper.
    Place the chicken salad on a plate in a circle. Cover with non-stick plastic and with the help of your hands give it a screw shape, remove the plastic and refrigerate 20 minutes.
    Once the salad is cold, remove from refrigeration and cover with the contents of the Beet Essence salad bag of Eva®, reserving the vinaigrette. Garnish with tomatoes, cranberries, orange segments, avocado and parsley.
    Serve and accompany with the pink wine vinaigrette.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve as a crown, decorate with the leaves and serve with the vinaigrette.

    TIPS

    Refrigerate the salad if you make it in advance. Add the vinaigrette just before serving so that the leaves do not soak and water.
