Ingredients

5 portions
  • 4 slices Pineapple in syrup, cut into squares
  • 250 grams cream
  • 150 grams walnut, chopped
  • 7 golden apples

Preparation

Mix the apples, pineapple, cream and walnut in a bowl.
Add a splash of pineapple juice in syrup. Try and add more if you prefer.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with nuts cut in half.

TIPS

The more finely the nut is chopped, the more it will mix with all the other flavors.
