Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup dried fruit, mixed, chopped into pieces
  • 2 cups couscous
  • 3 cups Water
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon

Preparation

In a small pot, boil the water together with the cup of chopped fruits.
In a deep bowl place the cups of couscous, along with olive oil, salt, pepper and chicken bouillon powder.
When you have boiled the water with the fruit add it to the container that has the couscous and mix everything slowly with a fork, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
After the resting time with a fork, the cosucous is gently separated and served hot.

TIPS

Ideal to accompany red meats or chicken.
