Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of Virginia FUD® Turkey Breast cut into squares
  • 500 grams of Panela Fud® cheese cut into cubes
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic finely chopped
  • 3 spoonfuls of onion finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoons of scallion
  • 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup of Acid Cream Yoplait®
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix Virginia Fud® Turkey Breast with Panela Fud® Cheese, garlic, onion, chives, mayonnaise, Yoplait® sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, season with salt and pepper, until incorporating all the ingredients.
    Serve the salad in small glasses and share and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the salad in glass cups in individual portions.

    TIPS
