Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams Virginia FUD® Turkey Breast, cut into squares
  • 500 grams Panela Fud® cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoons chives
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups Acid Cream Yoplait®
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper

Preparation

In a bowl, mix Virginia Fud® Turkey Breast with Panela Fud® Cheese, garlic, onion, chives, mayonnaise, Yoplait® sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, season with salt and pepper, until incorporating all the ingredients.
Serve the salad in small glasses and share and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the salad in glass cups in individual portions.

TIPS

Substituting red meat for ham or panela cheese in your salad is a delicious option to eat in Lent.
