Creamy Salad Tostadas with Turkey and Vegetable Breast

If you want a very fresh toast with ingredients that you have on hand in your refrigerator, prepare these low calorie and totally delicious toast, prepared with FUD® Tida-T + Turkey Breast and a mixture of vegetables. The best part is that it is prepared in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Turkey Breast FUD® Care-t + 250g
  • 1/2 Cup of cucumber cut into cubes with shell
  • 1/2 Cup of corn cob yellow, shelled
  • 1/2 Cup of pea Cooked
  • 1/2 Cup of celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of palmetto finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of cherry tomato cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 spoonfuls of chili flake
  • 1/2 Cup of natural yoghurt sugarfree
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 8 pieces of toasts
  • to taste of alfalfa germ at your service
  • to taste of avocado cut into segments, to serve
  • to taste of chili flake to decorate

    Preparation

    With the help of a knife, cut the FUD® Turkey Breast-t + in squares of approximately 1 x 1 cm.
    In a bowl, mix the FUD® Cuida-t + Turkey Breast with the cucumber, the yellow corn, the peas, the celery, the palm hearts, the cherry tomatoes, the salt, the white vinegar, the lemon juice, the flakes of Chili, yogurt and pepper, until you incorporate all the ingredients.
    On a piece of toast place a little salad, decorate with germ, avocado and chili flakes. Serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the toast with the salad, garnish with alfalfa germ, avocado segments and sprinkle with chili flakes.

    TIPS

    Do not prepare the toast with much time in advance, otherwise it will soak.
