Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
  • 50 grams cashews, toast
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 3 ginger, finely chopped
  • 200 grams noodle vermicelli, (ramen pasta) previously cooked
  • 1/2 mangos

Preparation

For crispy chicken, marinate duck breasts in sunflower oil and soy sauce for 3-4 minutes.
Heat a pan until cold and fry the chicken in strips until they are crispy and golden brown.
For the dressing add the chili and ginger, mix the nuts of the india with the sunflower oil, vinegar and chopped ginger in a bowl.
For the salad, mix the pasta and mango in a bowl.

PRESENTATION

To serve, sprinkle the chili and the ginger dressing on the salad. Finally, put the crispy chicken, everything.
