Preparation
For crispy chicken, marinate duck breasts in sunflower oil and soy sauce for 3-4 minutes.
Heat a pan until cold and fry the chicken in strips until they are crispy and golden brown.
For the dressing add the chili and ginger, mix the nuts of the india with the sunflower oil, vinegar and chopped ginger in a bowl.
For the salad, mix the pasta and mango in a bowl.
