Preparation
Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices, also cut the cucumber into slices or into 6 pieces.
Place the chopped vegetables on the lettuce bed.
For the dressing: pour in a deep bowl 3 parts of olive oil and 1 or 2 of balsamic vinegar, add ground pepper, salt of garlic and a little Maggi sauce to taste, then whisk all the ingredients with a fork until the incorporate.
On top of the salad sprinkle some of the ground odor herbs and finally the dressing.
