This salad recipe is perfect for integrating some vegetables to your meals without so many complications.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 5 leaves of lettuce washed and disinfected
  • 1 piece of tomato
  • 1/2 piece of cucumber
  • olive oils
  • balsamic vinegars
  • black pepper
  • Maggi juices
  • garlic salt
  • aromatic herbs (replaced by oregano only)

    Preparation

    Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices, also cut the cucumber into slices or into 6 pieces.
    Place the chopped vegetables on the lettuce bed.
    For the dressing: pour in a deep bowl 3 parts of olive oil and 1 or 2 of balsamic vinegar, add ground pepper, salt of garlic and a little Maggi sauce to taste, then whisk all the ingredients with a fork until the incorporate.
    On top of the salad sprinkle some of the ground odor herbs and finally the dressing.

    TIPS

    If you have them on hand, add some ground parmesan cheese or goat cheese in moronas.
