  • 250 grams of Chiquita "La Huerta"
  • 250 grams of Spring mix lettuce
  • 500 grams of smoked salmon in pieces or sliced
  • 1 Cup of blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of dill chopped
  • 1 piece of green lemon (juice)
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Heat the "La Huerta" peas in the microwave.
    Cut the lettuce to your liking.
    In a small bowl, mix the dressing with chopped dill, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
    In a large bowl, put the lettuce, peas and smoked salmon.
