Ingredients

4 portions
  • 250 grams pea "La Huerta”
  • 250 grams mixed lettuce
  • 500 grams smoked salmon, in pieces or sliced
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, (juice)
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Heat the "La Huerta" peas in the microwave.
Cut the lettuce to your liking.
In a small bowl, mix the dressing with chopped dill, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, put the lettuce, peas and smoked salmon.
Serve with the dill dressing.

TIPS

The salmon can be substituted by chicken or shrimp.
