  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 can Salmon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 celery
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 yellow lemon, its juice
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook them in water until they are soft.
Cut the celery into thin pieces.
Mix the salmon with the potatoes and celery.
Add salt, pepper, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
