This recipe for salmon with vegetables is perfect to take to work, since it does not need to be heated, besides it is delicious and healthy. This poke bowl is very easy to prepare and its simple step by step will take you by the hand to taste this very fashionable salad. For your salmon cuts to be perfect, use your Victorinox® chef knife, and with minimal effort you will be able to achieve perfect cuts.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of Salmon raw fillet, with skin
  • 1/4 of Cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoonful of siracha sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of cucumber
  • 1/2 Cup of purple cabbage
  • 1/2 Cup of radish
  • 3 spoonfuls of scallion
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot
  • 3 cups of sushi rice cooked
  • 1/2 Cup of avocado in slices
  • enough of black sesame seed to decorate
  • enough of sesame seed to decorate
  • enough of scallion to decorate

    Preparation

    On a board, with a Victorinox® chef knife, remove the skin of the salmon and cut into thick slices. Set aside.
    In a bowl, add the soy sauce, orange juice, sesame oil, rice vinegar and sauce until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Incorporate salmon and marinate for 15 minutes.
    On a board, with a Victorinox® chef knife, cut the cucumber into slices, the purple cabbage, the radish into thin slices, and the finely chopped scallion.
    With the Victorinox® peeler, peel the carrot in ribbons. Roll up and set aside.
    Serve a bed of rice in a bowl, followed by salmon and previously cut vegetables.
    Decorate with avocado, black and white sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, avocado and chives.

    TIPS

    You can also do it with fresh tuna, it will be delicious.
