Preparation
Cook the cous cous according to the indications of the package and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Mix all the vegetables, the previously drained salmon and the cous cous in a bowl.
Add olive oil, lemon juice and salt; rectify the seasoning. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or 1 hour.
