Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 2/3 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cups vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 6 slices bacon, fried and chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup soybean sprout
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cups alfalfa germ
  • 12 plums, red, departures without bone
  • 12 plums, yellow, departures without bone
  • 1/3 cups almond, whole
  • 1/3 cups walnut, chopped

Preparation

Place the almonds in boiling water.
Remoljalas a few minutes and then peels.
Mix the ingredients of the vinaigrette and reserve.
Place in a bowl the sprouts, spinach and mix with the vinaigrette.
Add the plums and the different nuts on top.
