Preparation
Cut a whole pineapple, along in half. Remove the pulp and cut it into squares. Reserve.
The pineapple peel must be hollow, simulating a deep dish or a boat.
Peel and cut the kiwi, mango, banana and watermelon. Place them in a bowl together with the blueberry and the cut pineapple. Squeeze the juice of ½ orange.
Accommodate the fruit salad inside the pineapple boat.

Sprinkle the coconut grated and granola on top. To serve
