Delicious and fresh salad ideal for dinner with lettuce, walnuts and chickpeas accompanied by nuts with toasted chickpeas and a touch of fresh green apple. Delicious dinner for light sleep.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 cups Eve® Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup arugula, chopped
  • 1 cup green apple, cut into thin slices
  • 1/4 cups chickpea, toasted
  • 1/4 cups walnut, toast
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cups strawberry
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar, raspberry

Preparation

In a bowl add the lettuce, the arugula, add the green apple, with the chickpea and the walnut. Mix perfectly well. Reservation.
Add the olive oil with the strawberry, salt, pepper and raspberry vinegar to the blender. Blends perfectly well.
Serve the salad on a plate and add the strawberry vinaigrette to garnish.
Enjoy

Serve the whole mixed salad on a plate ready to enjoy.

TIPS

Spread a few drops of lemon on the apple so that it does not rust and turn black, the acids prevent oxidation.
