In a bowl add the lettuce, the arugula, add the green apple, with the chickpea and the walnut. Mix perfectly well. Reservation.
Add the olive oil with the strawberry, salt, pepper and raspberry vinegar to the blender. Blends perfectly well.
Serve the salad on a plate and add the strawberry vinaigrette to garnish.
