Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup light yogurt, natural
  • 1/3 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • juices, of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 2 green apples, chopped into cubes
  • 2 Red apples, chopped into cubes
  • 1 pear, chopped into cubes
  • 1 celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cups almond, filleted
  • 1/2 cups walnut, finely chopped
  • 2 cups seedless green grape

Preparation

In a small bowl mix all the ingredients to make the dressing: Yoghurt, Sugar, Mayonnaise, Lemon juice, Cinnamon. Then put it in the refrigerator while you make the Salad.
Once you have all the chopped fruits in a larger bowl, pour all the dressing and mix it.

TIPS

You can refrigerate the leftovers.
