The apple and pineapple salad is a delicious dessert that mixes the creamy flavor of Philadelphia® Cream Cheese with the acidity and sweetness of the fruit. Ideal for a warm afternoon or for a family trip to the beach.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 190 grams of Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of Pineapple in syrup
  • 3/4 of cup of pineapple syrup
  • 2 green apples
  • 2 Red apples
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Preparation

Peel and chop apples in cubes as well as pineapple.
Blend Philadelphia Cream Cheese with condensed milk, syrup and cinnamon.
Mix the above with apples and pineapple.
Serve very cold.

PRESENTATION

You can present it inside a pineapple. Cut the pineapple in half and remove the pulp until you have a cavity where you can put the salad.

TIPS

Keep the salad inside the refrigerator until you are going to consume it so that you serve it cold.
