A delicious Pineapple Salad Grilled for a barbecue or for a day you want to prepare a completely different dish.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 pineapple, candy
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 200 grams spinach, washed
  • 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 radishes, cut into slices
  • olive oils
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Peel the pineapple and cut it into 2 cm slices, spread the pineapple with the sesame oil.
Grill or heat the oven to 180C and put on a baking tray aluminum foil and on top of the pineapple slices. Brown for 12 or 15 minutes flipping when ready on each side.
Mix honey, lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix the radishes and spinach with the roasted pineapple slices on top and put the mustard dressing on top.
