This rich Arugula Salad, Grapefruit with Maple Vinaigrette besides being delicious is high in Vitamin C, which makes it perfect to accompany your meals this cold season.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 cups arugula baby
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced ​​(Reserve the Juice)
  • 1/4 cups Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons walnut, toast

Preparation

In two large bowls of Ensalada, divide the Arugula Baby and the Grapefruit into slices.
In a smaller bowl combine the maple, vanilla, grapefruit juice and olive oil, with a fork mix until you get a uniform consistency dressing.
Serve each plate by placing a bed of Arugula Baby and slices of Grapefruit to taste, add one to two tablespoons of the maple dressing and the toasted and chopped nuts.

TIPS

For a more complete meal add your favorite protein, I recommend Goat Cheese or Grilled Chicken Strips.

original, la prepararé! Me gustaría que en lugar de rodajas de toronja, fueran supremas de la misma, se disfrutaría mas sin lo amargo de la película que envuelve las toronjas
