The salad of figs and prosciutto tastes delicious. You can prepare it one day with guests to impress them.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 cups pinon nuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 figs, fresh and ripe
  • 200 grams cured ham
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar reduction
  • 250 grams lettuce

Preparation

Wash and disinfect the figs and split them into 4.
Wash and disinfect the lettuce.
Mix the lettuce with the figs (reserving some to decorate).
Decorate with serrano ham making rolls, Parmesan cheese in slices and pine nuts.
Use the olive oil and the reduction of balsamic vinegar as a dressing.
