The salad of figs and prosciutto tastes delicious. You can prepare it one day with guests to impress them.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups pinion, toasted
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 figs, fresh and ripe
  • 200 grams Serrano ham
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar reduction
  • 250 grams lettuce

Preparation
