Preparation
Wash perfectly and disinfect the spinach with drops of chlorine or iodine (follow the instructions of the product you have purchased).
While waiting for the spinach to be disinfected, place the olive oil with the honey and mint in a medium sized container with a lid. Mix perfectly.
Meanwhile, cut the peanuts and cranberries roughly. Reservation.
Drain and roughly cut spinach with your hands.
Mix the ingredients.
