Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 sticks surimi
  • 2 stems celery
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed
  • 300 grams spinach
  • 4 slices Pineapple in syrup
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 6 leaves peppermint
  • 1 apple
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Cut the celery into half moons.
Toss the sesame seeds.
Twist the spinach and cut the pineapple into cubes.
Cut the surimi into cubes.
Grate the cucumber, mix with the yogurt and add the chopped mint leaves.
Season with a little salt and pepper.
Cut the apples into half moons and mix with the surimi, spinach, celery and pineapple.
Serve the salad and sprinkle the yogurt dressing with cucumber.
Finally sprinkle sesame seeds.

lo tendre que hacer ya que nos gusta mucho el surimi. me gusta para variar otra forma de hacer ensalada de surimi.
