A salad that has the ideal combination for any palate. Apart from that it is attractive to all the senses, starting with the sight, following with a variety of smells and ending with the different flavors of different leaves, the sweetness of the watermelon, softness and contrast of cheeses, the crispyness of the nut and bacon. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 Re Lettuce
  • 1 lettuce, China
  • 1 bag chard, baby
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams goat cheese
  • walnuts, in small pieces c / n
  • watermelons, split into small cubes c / n
  • black sesame seeds, c / n
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • balsamic vinegar reduction , c / n
  • 200 grams bacon, match in cubes and gold

Preparation

Disinfect lettuce and baby chard.
Mix the two cheeses and make small balls, pass them by the nut to cover them. Reserve in refrigeration.
Brown the bacon cubes, allow the excess fat to be removed on an absorbent paper. Reserve.
Cut the watermelon into small cubes, and mix with the previously disinfected lettuces and chard.
On each plate or on a platter add the cheese and bacon balls, add the balsamic oil, decorate with some strips of balsamic glasse and black sesame seeds.

PRESENTATION

In case of eating the salad can only be accompanied by bread with fine golden herbs.

TIPS

Add the ingredients a few minutes before serving so that the consistency of the ingredients is not lost.
