This rich salad with cold pasta is very rich for a hot day, it has surimi, peppers, olives, celery and lemon. Try it!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package fusilli type pasta
  • 500 grams olive oil spray
  • 200 grams surimi, sliced
  • 1/2 red peppers, red cubes
  • 1/2 yellow bell peppers, yellow in cubes
  • 1/2 green bell peppers, green cubes
  • 1/2 cups black olives, slices
  • 1 bunch chives, cortadito
  • 12 chives, whole to decorate
  • 1 branch celery, in cubes
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/3 cups ax callus
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Cook the pasta in two liters of water.
Drain and cool.
In a bowl mix the already cold pasta with all the ingredients.
Pour the Mazola Oliva and Soya oil and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.

PRESENTATION

Store in the refrigerator for a while before serving, taste and re-season before bringing to the table. Serve in individual bowls and decorate with sprigs of scallion. Accompany with toast and mayonnaise.

TIPS
