Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 bag arugula, (4 cups approx)
  • 1 bag spinach, (4 cups approx)
  • 1 cup caramelized walnut
  • 1 package goat cheese, ashen
  • 2 pears

Preparation

Cut the pears into segments and reserve.
Cut the goat cheese into slices, reserve.
In a bowl add the arugula and spinach and add the pear segments and the goat cheese slices.
Stir everything together with the praline.
Add a mustard dressing with honey and enjoy.
