Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 pumpkins, round
  • 100 grams Turkey ham, or thin sliced ​​turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream, low fat
  • 100 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredding
  • 4 slices manchego cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoons butter
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • spinach, Cooked (optional)
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • nutmegs

Preparation

The pumpkins are boiled in salted water for 20 minutes until they are tender with a knife.
The tail is cut to the pumpkins and the filling is removed. Spread the butter on the inside and add a little salt and pepper.
The pumpkin filling is ground, with the diced ham, the cream, the oaxaca cheese, the bacon and the spinach. Season to taste with pepper salt and a touch of nutmeg (not much because the pumpkin already has salt and pepper).
Fill the pumpkins and cover with the slice of Manchego cheese.
They go to the electric oven or conventional oven at medium temperature for 10 minutes or until they gratinen.

TIPS

You can change the ham for shredded chicken or ground beef.
