Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups parsley, smooth chopped
  • 2 cups chinese parsley, chopped
  • 3 cups peppermint, chopped
  • 24 black kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup feta cheese, in cubes

Preparation

For the sauce: Beat with a fork, the olive oil with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the smooth parsley, the Chinese parsley and the mint. Add the sauce and mix.
Pass to a plate and decorate with cheese and olives.
