Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup lentil
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce, low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 2 beets
  • 1 onion, cut into strips
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a saucepan over low heat, cook the lentils with the vegetable broth, season with salt and pepper and let it cook until they are cooked. Reservation.
In a bowl mix the soy sauce with the muscovado sugar. Reservation.
In a tray, place the carrots, beets and onion, add the previous preparation and bake for 15 minutes, until they take a golden color.
On a plate, place the lentils, on top of the roasted vegetables and enjoy.
