This recipe is a dish of delicious hot spinach and artichoke cups. More than anything, this dish is perfect for snacks during an event whether family or friends.

Ingredients

24 servings
  • 24 blades of wonton
  • 1 can of artichoke heart drained, finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 package of spinach chopped frozen, thawed and well squeezed
  • 1/3 of Cup of Mayonnaise with reduced fat olive oil
  • 1/3 of Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 of Cup of Red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic well chopped

Preparation

Heat the oven to 350 F.
Place 1 piece of won ton in each of 24 cups for small muffins, sprayed in cooking spray; let the edges of the sheets pass the cup above.
Bake 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients.
Put the artichoke mixture in the won ton cups.
Bake the cups from 12 to 14 min. or until the filling is completely hot and the edges of the cups are golden brown.
