Italian Salad with Moñitos Pasta

Try this rich pasta salad Italian style, adrezada with a balsamic vinaigrette with a touch of crispy bacon, thyme, oregano and yellow lemon. In addition, it takes bits of proscuitto and mozzarella cheese. Delicious!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups farfalle pasta
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 cup olive oil, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon yellow lemon, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cups bacon, finely chopped, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 pinch oregano, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 200 grams prosciutto
  • 1/2 cups black olive
  • 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, in small balls
  • 1/4 cups red onion, filleted
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, cut in half
  • 2 cups arugula

Preparation

Cook pasta in boiling water with salt in a pot. Strain the pasta and bathe with olive oil. Reservation. enjoy
In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the vinaigrette until you get a homogeneous mixture. Reservation.
In a salad bowl mix all the ingredients of the salad, bathe with the vinaigrette, mix well, serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the salad in a salad bowl, accompany with more vinaigrette.

TIPS

Preferably served the vinaigrette at the time, so that the salad does not soften and always remain fresh and crispy.
