Preparation
Cut the peaches into quarters.
In a grill pan, melt the margarine and add the sugar, add the peaches and grill over medium heat until caramelicen and marked. Remove and reserve.
In a bowl, mix the diced Rossetta Eva® Lettuce with cheese, nuts, almonds, blueberries, pips and avocado.
For the vinaigrette, with the help of a mortar, crush the garlic with rosemary and salt to form a paste.
Transfer to a bowl and mix with lemon juice and vinegar. Emulsify little by little with olive oil.
Serve the salad with the peaches and the vinaigrette.
