This recipe is a delicious salad of light nopales that apart from being totally dietetic and healthy, also has a delicious flavor. Prepare it for a moment of haste where you do not want to grab a bread and better keep the line.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste canola oil
  • 3 lemon, the juice
  • 1 pinch table salt
  • 4 to taste beefsteak tomato, in cubes
  • 1/2 red onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 kilos nopal, kilogram, previously cooked
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 Avocado from Mexico, slices
  • 250 grams fresh cheese, in cubes
  • lettuce
  • alfalfa, to taste

Preparation

Chop the tomato, onion and the previously cooked nopales.
Mix with the dressing and marinate for two hours.
For the dressing: mix the oil with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Serve on lettuce leaves and alfalfa.
Decorate with squares of fresh cheese and avocado slices.
