If you love a mix of sweet and sour flavor, this salad is for you. It is made with Tuscany Eva® Salad, a combination of lettuce with apple, blueberries, almonds, walnuts and feta cheese, accompanied by a ready-to-eat white wine vinaigrette. Enjoy it with grilled shrimp.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 2 cups shrimp, medium, without shell, with tail
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cups sesame oil
  • 1/2 cups tangerine juice, without seeds
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce, reduced in sodium
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • to taste ground black pepper
  • 1 bag Tuscan salad Eva®
  • 1 cup bean, green
  • 1 cup tomtato, in cubes
  • 1 cup tangerine segment, canned, drained
  • 1 cup Manila mango , shelled, medium cubed
  • 1 avocado, laminate
  • enough toasted sesame seeds, To accompany

Preparation

In a bowl mix the shrimp with the ginger, garlic powder, paprika, sesame oil, mandarin juice, soy sauce and chives; season with pepper and integrate.
On a hot grill pan, cook the shrimp for 5 minutes, until they are sufficiently golden. Reserve and keep them warm.
In a bowl pour the contents of the Toscana Eva® Salad, add the green beans, the tomato and pour the white wine vinaigrette that includes the Toscana Eva®, gently incorporate with a spoon.
Serve the salad in a bowl, in the center place the grilled shrimp, add cubed manila mango and mandarin segments, accompany with avocado slices and decorate with the Tuscan Eva® Salad and toasted sesame topping.

PRESENTATION

Serve the Tuscan Eva® Salad in a bowl, add mandarin orange segments, mango, avocado and toasted sesame seeds.

TIPS

It is not necessary to marinate the shrimp, since the citrus of the tangerine will begin to cook it little by little.
