Preparation
In a bowl mix the shrimp with the ginger, garlic powder, paprika, sesame oil, mandarin juice, soy sauce and chives; season with pepper and integrate.
On a hot grill pan, cook the shrimp for 5 minutes, until they are sufficiently golden. Reserve and keep them warm.
In a bowl pour the contents of the Toscana Eva® Salad, add the green beans, the tomato and pour the white wine vinaigrette that includes the Toscana Eva®, gently incorporate with a spoon.
Serve the salad in a bowl, in the center place the grilled shrimp, add cubed manila mango and mandarin segments, accompany with avocado slices and decorate with the Tuscan Eva® Salad and toasted sesame topping.
