Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 kilos nopal
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 3 chiles
  • 40 grams ham
  • 50 grams cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander

Preparation

Cut everything into small squares.
In a pan, put the onion, chili, tomato and nopal for 5 minutes.
Then you add the ham, cheese, salt and pepper.
And finally, add the coriander and let it rest for another 5 minutes.
Enjoy your meal.
