Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, medium without oil and sliced ​​cortadito
  • 1/3 cups pesto, bought
  • slices prosciutto, cortadito
  • 1 can dehydrated tomato, without the oil and cut into strips
  • 1 can artichoke heart, cut in four
  • 2 cups penne pasta, (ideally of the integral)
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cups pinion

Preparation

Mix the pesto, cut prosciutto, tomatoes, bell pepper and artichokes.
Cook the pasta as indicated on the package, without salt and without fat.
Add the pasta to the pesto mixture and finish sprinkling Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with pine nuts.
