Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 Cup of Bell pepper medium without oil and sliced ​​cortadito
  • 1/3 of Cup of pesto bought
  • slices of prosciutto cortadito
  • 1 can of dehydrated tomato without the oil and cut into strips
  • 1 can of artichoke heart cut in four
  • 2 cups of penne pasta (ideally of the integral)
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 of Cup of pinion

    Preparation

    Mix the pesto, cut prosciutto, tomatoes, bell pepper and artichokes.
    Cook the pasta as indicated on the package, without salt and without fat.

    Serve immediately.
