This small roll of cucumber and lasagna will be the delight for your family since the combination of its flavors makes it fresh and very original. It is a very colorful and easy to make salad.

  • 1/4 tablespoons salt

  • 2 cups Water, frost (to stop cooking)
  • to taste olive oil
  • 150 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 tomtato
  • 1 tablespoon red onion
  • 3 tablespoons pickled chili pepper
  • 1 carrot, median
  • 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • 1 cucumber, big
  • 5 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • enough skewer stick


To cook the Lasagna place in a pot or pan 1.5 liters of water, 1/4 tbsp salt and put in the stove at high heat.

Chop the tomato, the red onion and the chiles in vinegar in small cubes, and the carrot in thin julienne. Reserve a little tomato and carrot to decorate.
Place in a small container cream cheese, tomato, onion, chili, carrot, lemon juice, and salt to taste, mix until you have a homogeneous mixture. Refrigerate until assembly.
Make thin and long slices of cucumber, leaving the skin to look more appetizing, preferably doing it with a vegetable peeler and without reaching the seed.
To assemble each roll place a slice of cucumber and on top of it a sheet of Lasagna by Luigi Speciale La Moderna, a tablespoon of stuffed vegetables with cheese, and roll it along carefully so as not to remove the filling, close with a skewer stick and mount on a lettuce leaf, decorate with carrot julienne and diced tomato

Decorate your dish using your creativity, you can place cherry tomatoes and baby carrots that children love! You can put a few drops of lemon on the cucumber to give it more emphasis.


The best secret to bake a lasagna is to wait for the water to boil in spurts, also the use of a lot of salt in the water, this does not affect the flavor and quality of the pasta. To mix the cream cheese should be at room temperature, so you will not beat the vegetable too much
