This is a recipe for modern moms that has little time to cook something rich and practical 15 to 20 minutes are enough to pamper the family.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 bag Pasta La Moderna®, lenguita
  • 11/2 bags frozen vegetable
  • 1/2 liters Nestle media creama
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste garlic, powdered
  • enough Water

Preparation

Boil a liter of water with a tablespoon of salt, when it boils add a bag of Lengua La Moderna®.
Wait until it is soft or al dente and strain.
I recommend to save water, that the same cooking water serves to thaw the frozen vegetables in garnish.
Sauté the already defrosted vegetables with a spoonful of butter, and season with salt, pepper and a little garlic powder.
Stir with the language La Moderna® already drained.
Pour half cream (half pot) and stir.
Serve at time or fresquita (refrigerate 20 minutes), it is an excellent lunch option for the little ones.
Enjoy the delicious flavor.

PRESENTATION

Serve with finely chopped parsley or just like that, do not complicate, enjoy.
