4 portions
  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons chicken consommé
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups yellow bell pepper, cut in julienne
  • 200 grams mushroom, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 450 grams pasta, monkey

Boil a large pot with water and a tablespoon of salt.
While the water is heating, fry the onion, garlic and Italian spices in a large skillet.
Add the water, the consommé and the vegetables. Cover and boil for 7 minutes.
Add the pasta to the pot with water and boil until it is "al dente" (approximately 5-7 minutes).
Mix the vegetable sauce with the hot pasta and serve immediately.

To present the pasta, serve on a large white plate and decorate with oregano and pieces of strawberries.

"Al Dente" means that the pasta is at its point. To make sure it is at its point, remove it from the water when it is still a bit hard since it continues cooking for 2-3 more minutes.

Me gustó la receta. Muy liviana. Yo le agregué pedazos pequeños de pollo previamente sazonados. Quedó muy bien!!
