Preparation
Boil a large pot with water and a tablespoon of salt.
While the water is heating, fry the onion, garlic and Italian spices in a large skillet.
Add the water, the consommé and the vegetables. Cover and boil for 7 minutes.
Add the pasta to the pot with water and boil until it is "al dente" (approximately 5-7 minutes).
Mix the vegetable sauce with the hot pasta and serve immediately.
