  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese, at room temperature

  • 1/4 tablespoons sauce, of Habanero chili
  • 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

To cook the lasagna, place in the pot or pan 1.5 liters of water, ¼ teaspoon of salt and put on the stove over high heat.
When the water boils in a gush we will place the 4 sheets of pasta, can be one over another, the quality of Lasagna De Luigi Speciale La Moderna makes the sheets do not stick during cooking, which will take about 10-12 minutes so that it is al dente, During cooking, do not move the pasta sheets.
After the cooking time, extinguish the fire and we will place very carefully each sheet of Lasagna De Luigi Speciale La Moderna in the container with ice water, this is to stop the cooking of the pasta once it has left the boil.
Immediately remove each sheet of ice water and on an extended plate dry it with paper napkins, sprinkle a few drops of olive oil on each side of the sheet so that they do not dry out and reserve in a cool place.
Wash and disinfect the vegetables, and reserve.
Finely slice the tomato, place each slice on an extended plate, sprinkle with enough olive oil, oregano and salt to taste and set aside.
Cook the green beans al dente, with a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar and cut them in two, to have long green beans that look in the assembly.
Chop the panela cheese in long juliennes and reserve.
To make the Dip, add yogurt, cheese, vinegar, sauce, olive oil and lemon in a small container and stir until you have a homogeneous paste. Rectify to taste.
To assemble each taquito, place the ingredients in the following order, one above the other: as a base the lettuce leaf, then the sheet of Lasagna De Luigi Speciale La Moderna, then the turkey breast, on top of 3 slices of tomato, and in each end place julienne beans and panela cheese. Close the lettuce leaf on its long side, like a taco, and secure it with a skewer stick.
Mount a taquito on each plate, and add the dip creatively, sprinkle chopped nuts as they will give a delicious touch.
Offer to your friends and enjoy.

Decorate your plate using your creativity! You can add the dip in a small bag, twist the top of the bag and make a hole in the corner of the bag and have fun doing strokes. If you prefer a sweet dip, omit the habanero and add

The best secret is to cook the Lasagna with boiling water, it is also recommended to use a lot of salt when boiling, this does not affect the flavor and quality of the pasta. You can refrigerate the leaves of lettuce during the preparation so that when serving them they are crispy
