Preparation
Put two pots with water to boil. Once they are boiling, put the pasta in one with a drizzle of olive oil, bay leaf and a clove of garlic. In the other we put the egg. Let boil for 10-15 minutes
Remove from the heat and strain the pasta. Let it cool and while we remove the egg shell and cut it into small squares
Mix the can of tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, egg, diced tomatoes, Chiapas cheese, elotitos and pasta. We serve cold.
