Delicious and fresh tuna salad with small pieces, it is a versatile and very simple dish to prepare. The combination of its ingredients make it a cold paste that you can not stop eating.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 can tuna
  • 100 grams fusilli pasta
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 50 grams cheese, From chiapas
  • 1 can corn grain
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoons mustard
  • to taste salt, and pepper
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic
  • to taste olive oil

Preparation

Put two pots with water to boil. Once they are boiling, put the pasta in one with a drizzle of olive oil, bay leaf and a clove of garlic. In the other we put the egg. Let boil for 10-15 minutes
Remove from the heat and strain the pasta. Let it cool and while we remove the egg shell and cut it into small squares
Mix the can of tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, egg, diced tomatoes, Chiapas cheese, elotitos and pasta. We serve cold.

TIPS

So that the pasta does not continue cooking once cast, you can add ice cubes and let it cool.
